Principal: Mitsuo Ishii
After working for many years as a teacher at Japanese cram schools such as Kawaijuku and Waseda Prep School, he moved to the Japanese language education field. He served as Head Teacher and Principal at schools like Eiko Japanese Language Academy. Later, he became Vice Principal of Miyazaki Japan Sports Business College. After that, he founded the general incorporated association Culture Crossing Campus.
Now, he is also the Principal of Japan Learning Academy, a Japanese language school.
His motto is: “If it is not fun, it is not a lesson.” He always teaches from the learner’s point of view, standing at the front with the spirit of “ichigo ichie” (treasuring each encounter).
